Andover OB/GYN accepts most major insurance carriers and medicare. We recommend that you check with your insurance carrier to ensure that your provider at Andover OB/GYN is listed as a provider for your specific insurance carrier.

Any co-payment amount must be paid at check-in. We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards. Please bring any required referral forms prior to or the day of your appointment, or you will be responsible for your charges that day.

You will need active health insurance on the day of your appointment. If you do not have active insurance, you may sign a waiver and you will be responsible for your charges that day. Otherwise, you will need to postpone your visit until you have active insurance. If you have an urgent concern, please call the nursing line. If your concern is an emergency, call 911.

If you are unable to pay your account balance in full when you receive your statement, Andover OB/GYN offers a number of payment options. Please speak with a member of our billing department regarding these options.
